Sellers often struggle to manage orders across multiple platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.), leading to inefficiencies and errors. I designed an OMS focused on speed, clarity, and efficiency for high-volume operations — centralizing all orders, simplifying workflows, and improving visibility.

Problem

Sellers often struggle to manage orders across multiple platforms, leading to inefficiencies and errors.

  • Orders coming from multiple marketplaces are fragmented
  • Manual tracking causes delays and errors
  • Complex workflows for order processing
  • Poor visibility of order status and stock

Users

  • Online Sellers (Primary)
  • Admin / Operations Team
  • Business Owners

Research & Insights

Based on workflow analysis and user behavior:

  • Sellers need quick overview of order status (not complex charts)
  • High dependency on table & bulk actions
  • Repetitive tasks (confirm, pack, ship) must be fast & efficient
  • Users prefer familiar patterns (like marketplace UI)

Solution

I designed an OMS focused on speed, clarity, and efficiency for high-volume operations:

  • Table-first interface for fast scanning
  • Clear status system (Pending, Processed, Shipped, Completed)
  • Bulk action to handle multiple orders
  • Modular structure for scalability

Design Process

01

Information Architecture

Structured modules: Orders, Products, Inventory, Reports.

02

Wireframing

Focused on data density, readability, and action accessibility.

03

UI Design

Clean, minimal, and functional. Consistent spacing & typography. Strong visual hierarchy.

04

Design System

Reusable components: Data tables, Filters & search, Status badges, Action buttons.

05

Collaboration

Worked closely with developers. Ensured design is feasible and scalable. Iterated based on real use cases.

Key Features

Order Management

  • Centralized order list
  • Real-time status tracking
  • Multi-channel order integration

Bulk Actions

  • Process multiple orders at once
  • Reduce repetitive manual work

Smart Filtering

  • Filter by status, marketplace, date
  • Improve speed in finding orders

Dashboard Overview

  • Quick summary of total, pending, completed orders

Impact

Simplified complex multi-channel order management
Reduced time spent on repetitive tasks
Improved operational efficiency for sellers
Increased visibility and control over order lifecycle
